After recieving the $1 bill yesterday I knew what I was supposed to do with it. I am now a sponsor of a child in Moldova. I have been thinking about this for a while, and I don't know why I needed so many reminders but I have been blessed recently to give more and wanted to commit to this $35 a month to sponsor a child with JMI. I am excited to get involved more with sponsorship and knowing how I can make a difference. I think that I get overwhelmed and think that I have to make a big difference if I am going to do something, but that is my pride getting in the way. This money will be a big difference in Ion's life and I am thrilled to help in this small way. Life is sometimes about doing the next right thing, that is what we say in recovery, and this is my next right thing for today.
