Celebrate Recovery
What is Celebrate Recovery and who can benefit from it?
Celebrate Recovery (CR), is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program for all of life's hurts, habits and hang-ups. This isn't just for those struggling with addiction to alcohol, drugs, pornography, eating disorders, etc. CR is a place to explore issues of abandonment, anger, body image, co-dependency, fear, guilt, depression, anxiety, rejection, self-esteem, shame, and many more things that affect our daily life. Perhaps there are places you don't feel safe and you have to keep your guard up and put on a false face. Maybe it's at work, with family, or perhaps even at church. CR is a safe place to come and seek relief and refuge from all that is going on around you, to take off your mask, to belong, to share, to grow and become strong again, and hopefully, to make those changes in your life that you've longed for maybe some time. In CR, your identity is not in your issue or struggle, your identity is founded in Jesus Christ.
Celebrate Recovery began in the early 1990's at Saddleback Church in Orange County, California to create a safe place to help others who struggle with hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Since then, CR has spread to over 10,000 churches across the United States and is in seven international countries. The vision was a Christ-centered recovery program similar to a twelve-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, NA, SA, but biblical and balanced utilizing the eight principles of the beatitudes taught by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5).

It is our prayer that you
will find freedom from your hurts, habits and hang-ups in a safe environment.
You don’t have to do it alone and on your own. In fact, trying to do it alone
may only make it harder. Celebrate
