Sunday Mornings for Kids!  

RH Kid's Ministry is for kids birth through 5th grade. Each Sunday at 9:30 am and 11 am your child is engaged in relevant Bible truth through small and large group interaction. Our Sunday morning environment gives your child opportunities to experience fresh worship, age appropriate Bible truth, and to build relationships with leaders and peers. We strive to create an environment that is kid-friendly and Christ-centered.   

Preschool Kids at RH use First Look curriculum while elementary kids K-4th grade study 252 Basics, both from the reThink Group. 5th grade students join 6th graders for FLYTE, a preteen program from Lifeway Christian Resources. Wednesday Nights for Kids! 

The Fort meets on Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:30pm in the Backyard Kids Area of The WareHouse. We have four 8-week seasonal emphasis at The Fort where kids learn to NAVIGATE the Bible (fall), ARTICULATE their faith (winter), ACTIVATE their gifts (spring), and PERMEATE their lives (summer) with following Christ.

Rolling Hills Learning Center at The WareHouse

Click here for information about our Learning Center. Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will open for church partners on Feb. 15, 2012. Registration will open to the community on March 1, 2012. Open to ages 6 months to 5 years from 9 am - 2 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. One day and 9 am - noon options available.

Family Dedications

Our Kids Ministry hosts two Family Dedication services a year. These take place on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 p.m. The service includes music, scripture readings, family pictures and a reception following the ceremony in the Gallery. These services are open to family, friends, and anyone else who would like to attend.

Parents are required to attend a Family Dedication Class prior to the Family Dedication Service. These classes are held on Sunday mornings (see dates below) during the 9:30 am service. Please contact our Preschool Minister Sara Ingmire (861-3663 ext. 101) to RSVP for the class and the dedication service. Childcare is not provided for the dedication services.

Baptism and Beliefs Class

Baptism at Rolling Hills takes place the 1st Sunday of every month with only a few exceptions each year. Baptism is #1 on the list of things that get kids talking about salvation. After a child has become a Christian or when they begin asking questions and express the desire to follow Christ, they can attend our Baptism and Belief Class along with their parents. The class is offered once a month at 9:30am two weeks prior to the next baptism. We go through the basic doctrine of salvation, an understanding of baptism, and the covenant for church partnership. Following the class, kids who have accepted Jesus and decided to be baptize can sign their own covenant and become a partner at Rolling Hills. After a child becomes a Christian, they are given a 4 week new believer's devotional guide to aid them in understanding what it means to follow Jesus. Kids are given an age-appropriate study Bible upon their baptism.
